Return and Refund Policy
At Sunnook, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with the products you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of receipt.
Return Policy terms and Conditions:
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Items that arrive with quality issues or damage.
The item does not meet your requirements, and you have decided not to keep it.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Customers must use a trackable shipping method when returning items.
Refund:
Processing Time for Refunds: Please allow 5 to10 business days for refunds to be processed and reflected on your statement.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, the original shipping are non-refundable.
Return labels: We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee.
Return Process:
1. Please send an email to us at customer@sunnook.co.uk: Please send us an email briefly describing the issue, along with your order number and name. If applicable, please attach photos of the product to help us better understand the situation.
2. Our customer service team will respond to your email within 1-3 business days. They will guide you on the next steps and provide any additional instructions necessary for your return. Please send your items to our returns processing center at the following address:

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Exchange Policy:
Once your return is received and inspected, if it meets our conditions, we'll process your exchange request immediately. The new item will be dispatched to you within 2 to 3 business days from approval. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative solution or proceed with a refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
