At Sunnook we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are experiencing any shipping or products issue, or you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you are canceling your order which has not yet to be shipped out, please kindly contact us via customer@sunnook.co.uk. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.

Cancellation Timeframe: Customers are allowed to cancel their order within 1 day (24 hours) of placing the order.

Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

If a cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped and within the allowed 1-day cancellation period, the order can be canceled. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

RETURN

We would accept returns if you notify us via email at customer@sunnook.co.uk.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 90 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

REFUND

If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.

Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:

  • If the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional.
  • If you did not receive your product within 60 business days after the date that your order has been placed.

Please Note:

  • Refund will go back to your account in 3-5 business days.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You cannot ask for a refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not cleared by your country customs, delayed by a natural disaster, showed "delivered" in the tracking system, shipped in your mailbox but was lost)
